Xiaomi is gearing up to unveil its highly anticipated Xiaomi 14T Series on September 26, 2024, during a global launch event in Berlin, Germany. The company confirmed this via a tweet, building excitement around the new series, which is expected to include two models: the 14T and Xiaomi 14T Pro. The event will kick off at 2:00 PM GMT (7:30 PM IST), and fans can follow the countdown on Xiaomi’s dedicated landing page.
Design Leaked Ahead of Launch
Ahead of the 14T Series debut, alleged hands-on videos have surfaced, showcasing the design of both the 14T and 14T Pro. Although the original video was taken down, images from the footage reveal the phones sporting a sleek look. Both models are seen featuring Leica-branded triple rear cameras housed in square camera islands. The 14T appears in a striking black finish, while the Pro model boasts a sleek silver design, offering subtle but notable tweaks compared to their predecessors.
Powerful Cameras and Displays Expected
The Xiaomi 14T Series is rumored to deliver an impressive photography experience, thanks to its Leica-tuned camera setups. The Pro model is expected to feature a 1/1.31-inch main sensor with Light Fusion 900 technology, a 12MP ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto sensor. Both devices are likely to sport 6.67-inch 1.5K AMOLED displays with up to 4,000 nits peak brightness and a 144Hz refresh rate. Under the hood, the vanilla Xiaomi 14T is expected to run on MediaTek’s Dimensity 8300 Ultra chipset, while the Pro could be powered by the Dimensity 9300+ SoC.
