Vivo X200 Series Set for China Launch Next Month
The highly anticipated Vivo X200 series is expected to debut next month in China, featuring two flagship smartphones. Ahead of the launch, the company has begun teasing the impressive camera capabilities of the standard Vivo X200 model. Vivo’s China Product Manager, Han Boxiao, recently took to the social media platform Weibo to showcase the device’s camera, particularly its 10x zoom functionality in low-light conditions. The teased image hints at the enhanced telephoto sensor, along with a new Moon mode, though it was noted that the Moon image had been artistically enhanced.
Key Specifications: Camera, Display, and Performance
The Vivo X200 is rumored to feature a robust triple camera system, with a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultra-wide lens, and a 50MP telephoto macro lens. The camera is expected to support a 10x “fusion super-resolution algorithm,” a potential hybrid zoom feature. Other leaked specifications suggest the smartphone will boast a 6.3-inch flat display with 1.5K resolution, powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 chipset. The device may come with a substantial 5,500mAh to 5,600mAh battery, supporting wireless charging, and could feature a sleek design, with a thin 8.x mm profile and a centrally placed circular camera module at the back.
